Capn Mac's Bones II
After the first cross bones we built for Ken got burned to the ground by some jealous chump. He called me and gave me the go ahead to do what I want!
So I put in a call to Baker Drivetrain for their new 6 speed kicker kit forthe twin cam. This is the only one that exist on the road right now.
In forties fashion we bent up some hollywood bars added some antique patina paint and fabbed some one off fish tail exhausts.
Finished it off with our hand cast air cleaner, grips, and foot boards in yellow brass. Found in our Bolt on Shit Section

Put this Cross bone together for my buddy Jeff. He saw the the original Crossbones we did. He thought he wanted one like Kens that was burned up by the jealous chump. Then he saw Kens new one and we had to rethink it. He dropped the bike off went to his hotel and after a few crown and cokes we decided on flat black, tall bars, and flappers.
Finished it off with our hand cast air cleaner, grips, and re-did the seat with the STF logo all found in our Bolt on Shit Section

The Morrison
Just finished this lil number for my bro Mike!
He wanted something like the lumberjack and I told him I would come close. hanged up the wheels to a 5 spoke. New S&S 93 inch shovel. Harley polished 5 speed.
This bike emulates the lumberjack in that to me it is the quintessential chopper. Not to much, but enough to get you a spot in front of the bar!

S&S Is working to get us a motor as I write this! Jaybrake hooked me up with all the braking and controls! And of course, Woody and the crew at the Chip Are doing everything they can so I can make My deadline! American Iron will be featuring the bike in the August issue which comes out some time in July.
Rock Star
I built this bike for my buddy Mike Chick. He ordered the frame kit from Redneck and sent it down to my shop. Basically, it was a shop droppings type of bike. 88 inch S&S came from an '03 Indian Chief along with the transmission. The wheels were Ironhorse take off and the front end was a Big Dog cut off Chopper.I built the tank, the bars, pipes and fender in about a week and satin powder coated the front and wheels.
I ended up riding this bike alot and it was definately one of my favorites. No nonsense, just a raw, rideble motorcycle.
Hussey Hauler
By far one of my favorite motorcycles. I built this bike for my friend Harris Polakoff. He wanted a Bobzilla style hard core chop. He basically brought me a complete bike and I stripped it down and replaced everything but the frame, transmission and rear wheel. The gas tank, oil tank, fender a bars are scratch built. The exhaust pays omage to my good friend Fast Eddie. Who is one of my little known heros in the industry. The twist clutch and inernal throttle are streamed lined. The air cleaner is a vent cover from a boat and the tail light is a 50's style microphone.
I put alot of miles on this bike and I think that grirder is one of the best riding front ends I have ever run. The air cleaner and tail light will go into production soon.
Lil Black Lumberjack
(aka, lil wood chopper)I finally got to build a bike for myself! This 84 shovel epitomizes what I think a chopper should be! It is a little flashy for my taste but I built it for the easyrider show and they gotta have a little bit of shiny stuff!
Everything on this bike is hand made. The wood is purple heart and is inlaid in the tank, grips, boards, and wheels! the wheels are my proprietary design and the wood was actually cnc'd by my buddy! This is the first dual block twist clutch I've done and it works smooth.
Voodoo Queen
Built this little jewel for my friend Steve who passed away before he even heard it run. He did get a chance to go to boulder and have Lichter shoot it for easyrider. The frame is an original 54'. I built the tank, fender, oil tank, and exhaust from scratch! The inlays are padouk!
There are alot of unique little pieces on this shiny lil scoot like the solid brass flappers, original 50th anniversary emblems inlaid into the tank, dual linkert carbs, 20's headlight, and 50's fender cap for the taillights.
This is one of those bikes you have to look at more than once to see everything!
Blackwood Racer
The Blackwood is built around a 1948 V-Twin replica kit. This was the first bike I used wood on. The frame, drive train, front end and wheels and basically all the workings of the bike are replica units. I restyled it with sheet metal and some brass accents. The tank and foot board inserts are maple.
This bike is slated to be featured in Easyrider. Look for it in upcoming issues.
It was also featured in Wild Magazine.
The oil tank is now in production and avilable!

original with my touches!
He had a good base and I added some class.
Old school sheetmetal, my bars, exhaust, classic dash, and some trinkets from Fab Kevin and you get a bike that drops jaws anywhere he takes it!
